View dispute history

A history of actions taken and changes made to a dispute is logged and tracked in the Activity tab of its record in Dispute Management. Here, you'll find timestamped entries depicting a full historical log of anything that's been done to this dispute, and by whom.

  1. Go to Inventory > Dispute Management.
  2. From the Dispute Management grid, click on the dispute entry. The Dispute record opens on the Overview tab.
  3. Click Activity.

Here, you can view the entire history for that particular dispute. This includes:

  • disputes created;
  • discrepancies associated;
  • changes and updates made to dispute definition;
  • comments added, and more.

Filter the history entries: 

  1. Click on the From calendar icon and a drop-down appears.
  2. Select a month and year.
  3. Repeat for the To calendar icon. The history updates according to the specified date range.
