View dispute history
A history of actions taken and changes made to a dispute is logged and tracked in the Activity tab of its record in Dispute Management. Here, you'll find timestamped entries depicting a full historical log of anything that's been done to this dispute, and by whom.
- Go to Inventory > Dispute Management.
- From the Dispute Management grid, click on the dispute entry. The Dispute record opens on the Overview tab.
- Click Activity.
Here, you can view the entire history for that particular dispute. This includes:
- disputes created;
- discrepancies associated;
- changes and updates made to dispute definition;
- comments added, and more.
Filter the history entries:
- Click on the From calendar icon and a drop-down appears.
- Select a month and year.
- Repeat for the To calendar icon. The history updates according to the specified date range.
